We make inspiring audio, opening windows to new worlds for our listeners.

We support and nurture the people we work with through sustainable and equitable collaboration.

Reduced Listening draws on years of podcast and radio making to craft award-winning audio. We care about culture and stories that don’t otherwise get told, and we aim to bring our creativity, our editorial vision and our values together in every piece of work we make.

The company is made up of journalists, curators, art lovers, DJs and audio witches. We work collectively and collaboratively to bring the best combination of skills to new projects, with our team of staff and wide pool of freelancers.

With extensive experience making audio for the BBC, running weekly strands and conceiving and delivering dynamic podcasts, Reduced Listening will be an engaged and creative partner on your next audio project.

We are committed to building an audio industry which represents the world we live in and are actively working to create a diverse and inclusive workforce.
